At Stitch N Stick Boutique, we take pride in our custom made to order items. Our processing times very depending on the item and the current volume of orders being fulfilled. During October – December, order volume is generally higher which may lead to slightly longer processing times. Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes from when the order is placed until the order ships from our location. Once the order ships, it then has additional shipping time based on the chosen shipping method. Typical processing time is 3-5 days and shipping times may vary from 2-14 days depending on selected shipping speed.
Do you need your order for a specific date?
Please Contact us and we will do our best to arrange for delivery before your need by date.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
In some instances we do ship on Saturdays.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if a package is delayed due to carrier issues. However, we value customer service and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
*Due to Covid-19 related carrier delays, actual shipping time (days to arrive at your address after your order has left our warehouse) may take longer than the estimated time given at checkout.

- Package ships USPS Priority Mail
- Ships within 3 business days
- Expected delivery once shipped is 2-7 business days (excluding holidays, and carrier delays related to Covid-19)
Order Tracking
You will receive a notification when your shipping label has been created. Packages are shipped daily Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order’s tracking information to update online.
