Due to the custom made to order nature of our items, we do not except returns. However, if you receive an item you are not 100% satisfied with, please contact us. Customer service is our #1 priority. We strive for all of our customers to be happy customers
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Damaged/Incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please report any damaged or incorrect orders to Sara@stitchnstickboutique.com or send us a chat during live chat hours.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Due to the custom made to order nature of our items, we are unable to change or edit an order once it has started to be processed. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at Sara@stitchnstickboutique.com as soon as possible. Due to our custom designs, please understand that orders that have been created are unable to be cancelled.
